I just spoke with a student that has been getting the Cybraryn message that her account is in use for a couple of weeks and she mentioned that she had talked with someone about it at one time and they couldn't fix it.
As a reminder here is the fix:
- Click OK from the message
- Click on Override
- Enter the password (the password it is located in the Reference Information binder, behind the first tab, at the Reference Desk)
