Easy Screen Caps on the Reference computer

Help with creating images from your computer screen. I set up access to a couple of snipping utilities on the reference computer to try and help with creating libguides and tutorials.

 I also placed a shortcut to the Windows Snipper tool  in the taskbar near the bottom of the screen.
